The Clagg family bought this property in historic Templeton back in 1997. After many years of renovations, they’ve successfully transformed the once-poultry ranch into an idyllic wedding venue home to several great event sites. Host a romantic outdoor ceremony on the lawn surrounded by majestic oaks. This ceremony space features handcrafted log benches and overlooks a pond surrounded by palm trees and a rock waterfall. After your ceremony, you and your guests can celebrate in the historic barn, a structure built in the early 1900s. With built-in bars, garden landscaping, and manicured lawns, it is a beautiful place to dine and dance the night away with loved ones. You can also opt to host your reception outdoors, enjoying the luscious greenery of the gardens and lawns. This venue can accommodate parties of up to 150 guests.

Their basic package allows you to do most of the planning and coordinating yourself, while the full package includes a wedding planner who will assist you through every step of the process. In addition to the event spaces, couples are also invited to rent the beautiful Ivy House for overnight accommodation. This house includes a full kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with a claw-foot tub, and a private hot tub, providing the perfect space for you and your wedding party to relax and unwind before and after your event.
