Diamond View Summit (DVS) is a ten-acre estate located on a plateau with a 360-degree view, in the mountains north of Los Angeles, California. At an elevation of 2500 feet, DVS is LA's Highest Special Event Venue. Your event will feel like an escape to the top of the world, but its only 30 minutes from Hollywood.
The exterior includes a 12,000 square foot patio with panoramic views of nearby and distant mountains; desert landscaping with cactus and rock gardens, and a 400-foot private driveway, all on a ten-acre mountain top plateau. The residence includes a billiards room, a "VIP nightclub" room, a law library, and several spacious dining and entertainment areas. DVS has plentiful onsite parking for hundreds of cars, staging, auxiliary film services, and remote desert portrayals. DVS is part of the film-friendly Santa Clarita Valley, but is in an unincorporated area of Los Angeles County, such that City permits are not required.
